Self Portraits

I do not document well which is to say I don’t make good documentary photographs which has nothing to do with seeing well, well some, but and of course I can’t see myself clearly, objectively, obviously, but I work on being conscious and especially aware that I am a physical expression of energies and actions in this world for now and so if I can’t see myself clearly—how have these photographs, these clearly self portraits, come to be? Well, these are, after all, only documented moments where I am present.

How can I live all the salt and sunlight swimming inside of me?

To be alive among the leaves of grass

Again along the wall that seems to be a small infinity

Am I as much a part of these as landscapes are a part of me?
