I have a tattoo of a mushroom I grew by an artist named Brücius! Did you know mushrooms can clean up oil spills? Yep, Paul Stamets of Fungi Perfecti tells us how in his book “Mycelium Running.” And here’s a great miso recipe that includes mushrooms.
